How does ZBD work?
The ZBD App serves as a hub for tons of mobile games that earn you Bitcoin for playing them! You earn bitcoin in the form of Satoshis. 100 million Satoshis is equivalent to 1 bitcoin. That means 1’000 Satoshis are worth 1 USD, assuming bitcoin is worth 100’000 USD. When you earn a Satoshi, it also has the value of a Satoshi, meaning the USD value of your Satoshi balance can change according to bitcoin prices.
How can I make money with ZBD?
There are a few ways you can earn bitcoin through ZBD. These include:
- ZBD Powered Games, which reward you with Satoshis for completing repetitive in-game tasks or for just spending time playing the game. Bitcoin Miner: Idle Tycoon, Idle Business Empire Tycoon!, Idle Mine and Blocks of Bitcoin: Puzzle Game are examples of ZBD powered games that I’ve played and withdrawn Satoshis from.
- The Daily poll, which awards you 5-40 Satoshis for every 3 days you answer the poll in a row. If you miss a day, you lose your streak.
- Short Rewarded Ads, these reward you 2 Satoshis for each ad you watch, which are capped daily at 10-20 rewarded ads.
- Offerwalls, I’ve never used these, but I’m assuming they’re the same as offerwalls on any other GPT site or app
ZBD Powered Games
By far the most unique aspect of ZBD. There are a bunch of games on the Apple iOS store and Google Play store that have ZBD integrated into them. Most of them are pretty simple. They’ll have a gameplay loop and you’ll earn Satoshis based on completing gameplay tasks, amount of active time played or by unlocking certain upgrades. You can then withdraw those Satoshis to the ZBD app!
As far as I know, not all of these games are officially from ZBD. Some of them are from third party developers who integrate their app with the ZBD ecosystem. Keep that in mind, when looking for ZBD integrated games. I’ve personally played and withdrawn Satoshis from all the ZBD powered games mentioned in this blog.
Bitcoin Miner: Idle Tycoon
Gameplay Loop
My personal favorite ZBD powered game. Bitcoin Miner: Idle Tycoon is a tycoon game (who would have thought), where you progress by unlocking floors in your crypto mineshaft with coins. You earn coins by tapping on the pickaxe and from your mineshaft. Once you’ve unlocked 10 floors in an area, you can travel to the next area and repeat the process!
Upgrades
You can unlock upgrades with coins that increase your floor, tapping and offline coin earnings. There are also permanent upgrades, that you can buy with nodes, which are the game’s premium currency. You can upgrade the coins you earn from tapping, increase the length of ad boosts and you can unlock and upgrade the auto clicker. The Auto Clicker is one of the best upgrades you can get in-game with your nodes, as it automates one of the in-game tasks you can get, more on that later.
Chests and Coin Parts
If you tap enough or wait a few hours, you’ll earn a chest. Chests come in multiple rarities. Common, rare, epic and legendary. Each rarity requires a different amount of time to unlock, those being 2, 6, 12 and 24 hours respectively. Chests contain crypto parts. If you collect 4 of the same set and rarity, you’ll unlock a permanent earning multiplier for that coin’s respective mineshaft floor.
Managers
Managers automate your mineshaft floors. Managers carry over to other areas, meaning you’ll need at least 10 in order to automate all 10 floors. You can collect 2 managers per day by watching an ad. You can also collect managers by buying manager bundles with nodes. I personally wouldn’t recommend that, as there are far better uses for nodes.
Tasks
You’ll receive a random task in-game. This includes: unlocking new floors, earning a certain amount of coins through tapping, collecting managers, activating managers, earning chests, opening chests or activating an ad boost (such as 2x income or a power surge, which speeds up your game). The only way to reset your task, if you’re unable to complete it, is by selling your portfolio, which is the game’s version of prestiging.
Shop
The shop contains typical shop items. Instant 1 hour up to 7 days worth of coin earnings, nodes in exchange for real world money as well as chests, which you can buy with nodes. The best part of the shop are the permanent income boost upgrades. These range from 2x up to 12x. They are cumulative, meaning if you buy the 12x income multiplier twice, that results in a 24x income multiplier. These are by far the best upgrades you can purchase with your nodes.
Prestige
Selling your portfolio, aka prestiging, is a key mechanic in this game, that will allow you to earn a decent chunk of change, more on that below. Once every 4 hours, you can prestige in-game. You’ll earn GPUs depending on your progress that run, which will permanently increase your earnings for future runs.
Prestiging resets all the coins you’ve earned, all the floors you’ve unlocked as well as any upgrades purchased with coins. Don’t worry, you’ll still keep your Satoshis, nodes, chests, coin parts, manager collection, permanent upgrades and event progress.
Events
There are 2 types of events each week. A digging minigame event from Tuesday – Thursday and a rocket building event over the weekend. Event progress resets when the events finish. I personally don’t think the events are worth the effort, but if you enjoy them, by all means go nuts.
In the digging event, you click on blocks to mine them. You have a limited amount of pickaxes, which regenerate fully over 5-10 minutes. When mining, you can collect purple tokens to upgrade your loot drops and pickaxe limit in the event. You’ll occasionally find nodes or even Satoshis as you dig through the mines.
The rocket building event is essentially just like a regular area, except as you unlock floors, you’ll be completing coin earning tasks, which upgrade your rocket. Every time you earn enough event coins, you’ll complete a task and upgrade your rocket. Each time you upgrade your rocket, you’ll receive a chest, earning boosts for your regular mines or a few Satoshis, ranging from 5-20 Satoshis, depending on the level you just unlocked.
How to earn Satoshis
- For every 2 floors you unlock, you’ll earn 2 Satoshis. The trick is to unlock as many floors as you can and then prestige. Repeat the process every 4 hours.
- Completing tasks, which award 2 Satoshis or 1 node per task.
- Finding and tapping on the hidden Satoshi in the shop, which respawns every 4 hours, awarding you 3 Satoshis.
- Progressing in events can earn you a couple Satoshis, however they’re not usually worth the extra effort.
When you first start the game, you’ll barely be able to move out of the first area, before you’re able to prestige. However, as you progress further into the game and collect more permanent upgrades, you’ll easily be able to unlock 30 floors within 1-2 minutes of opening the app, earning you 30 Satoshis just like that. If you do that 3-4 times a day, as there’s a 4 hour cooldown between prestiges, that adds up to 120 Satoshis with just 5-10 minutes of gameplay! That’s without considering the Satoshis earned from the tasks you might accidentally complete, such as unlocking a new floor or earning a certain amount of coins, as you speedrun unlocking as many floors as you can.
Another thing worth mentioning. I’ve been playing the game for 2 years now and the rewards have stayed consistent. As far as I’ve seen, the developers have never changed the amount of Satoshis earned when unlocking a floor or completing a task, even back when bitcoin prices were at 100’000 USD (they’re currently around 60’000 USD). This doesn’t guarantee anything, but
Withdrawal Limits
You can only withdraw up to 200 Satoshis to ZBD per day. I’ve personally never been bottlenecked by this limit. Nevertheless, it’s definitely worth mentioning. The game has also occasionally temporarily lowered the withdrawal limit, whenever bitcoin prices surge. Again, it’s never been an issue for me personally in the long run, but it could be annoying for some. The game usually restores the withdrawal limit a day later, whenever that happens.
Where can I download the game?
The game is available on the iOS Apple Store and on the Google Play Store! You can use my in-game referral code to get 30 Nodes to help you get started:

Withdrawing Satoshis from ZBD
You can withdraw your Satoshis to Coinbase, Cash App, Kraken, Binance or a custom Bitcoin Lightning address. Not into crypto? You can even convert them into gift cards. To minimise fees and speed up transactions, Satoshi withdrawals happen over the Bitcoin Lightning network. One of the best things about ZBD, is that there aren’t any withdrawal minimums. Whether you have 100 or 10’000 Satoshis in your account, you can withdraw them whenever. The Bitcoin Lightning fee is negligible, so feel free to withdraw your Satoshis whenever! I’ve personally withdrawn my Satoshis to Coinbase.

Conclusion – Is the ZBD App worth it?
I’ve been using the ZBD App and it’s integrated games over the past 2 years and I’m really happy with it. I don’t know many other GPT apps or websites that allow people to earn as much as one can with ZBD and its games, considering the low effort required in those games. There are no withdrawal minimums in the ZBD app itself or in any of its games, meaning you can already cash out after a few minutes.
